Returns
Any goods ordered from the online store can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning the order is borne by the customer.

Please include your receipt and this return form (link redirects to the page with the form). You can also send a statement of withdrawal from the purchase by e-mail to info@bycabo.com, writing "Return" in the subject line of the message.
The safest packaging is the original cardboard box 🙂 Return payment is processed up to 14 days after receipt of the return.
Complaints
The Customer may inform the Seller about the desire to file a complaint in any form, for example, by e-mail, sending a statement to info@bycabo.com, in the subject line of the message please write the word "Complaint".

Complaint of goods will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of complaint. The customer will be informed by e-mail about how the complaint of the goods will be considered.
